If you're only recording one track in a week and it's an instrumental, you might as well make it count.

This is a tribute to those halcyon days when people would switch on the record player, sit back in an armchair, and listen to the whole of albums like Tubular Bells *without doing anything else*. The rest of the world may have moved on from doing this, but for some of us it's still a source of intense pleasure. It may be a neglected thing to do, but sustained attention has its rewards.
