An instrumental track put together as something to do while I investigated possible causes for my studio computer's increasing tendency to fall over at inconvenient moments.

It's been getting worse and worse. I've updated the drivers for all my peripherals. I've replaced the power supply. I've swapped the PCI slots for the network adaptor and the sound card. It still falls over or switches itself off at random moments. The PC is nearly six years old and after it crashed four times just while I was recording the guitars for this track, I decided enough was enough. I've ordered a replacement, which will arrive in the new year.

Murphy's law being what it is, the current machine will probably now start to work flawlessly...
