He thinks that he's the hero
but he shouldn't have set sail
This Winter is becoming
a most cautionary Tale

Poor Antigonus;
this isn't going to last
Shakespeare's going to kill you off
along with half the cast

You may have noble character; you may be much adored
But be wary of the playwright when the playwright's getting bored
When you're in Bohemia, you'd best be taking care
Lest you make your final exit being followed by a bear

Nor would he have survived if he had made it to his ship
A clown reveals they snuffed it too, then makes a merry quip

There's nothing left to do when cruel fate has seized the reins
but hope that shepherd sticks around to clean up your remains
