With a yo ho ho and a bottle of rum; suddenly we're all at sea and there be pirates... This happened after I randomly started playing a sailor's hornpipe on my JayDee bass at the end of a completely different track. The result sounded so silly I decided that I had to make an entire track just so it would sit in context.

There's an awful lot of guitar going on here. For starters, each line of the three-part guitar harmonies was played on two different guitars going through different effects chains. I like getting carried away with guitar parts. Because guitars.
