You might be thinking that all of the titles of the tracks herein are references to the Government's playbook when attempting to avoid public scrutiny of their conduct over the last decade, and that this one in particular is a well-known media strategy designed to draw attention away from something much more egregious. You may even conside our PM to be an habitual user of the technique.
