A happy, bouncy instrumental about the damage to public services that has been wrought thanks to more than a decade of tory party "austerity" and the insanity of Brexit. It has to be a happy number, because if it accurately depicted how I feel about the state of the country, this track would just be five and three-quarter minutes of incoherent, angry screaming.
